Kidney Cancer

Patient: 63-year-old female with recurrence kidney cancer and widespread metastasis

Previous Treatment: Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy

Breast Cancer

Stage-4 breast cancer patient with both lungs, liver, bone, lymph nodes, metastatic.

Today has undergone the 4th cycle of dendritic cancer immunotherapy after 3 cycles there with complete relief in pain related to cancer.

Earlier before the start of dendritic immunotherapy treatment, there was a need to take pain medications 3 times daily.

Now she is not taking any pain medication.

Tongue Cancer Recurrence

A 68-year-old male patient with recurrent tongue carcinoma and metastasis to the neck nodes and bones underwent 6 cycles of Dendritic Cancer Immunotherapy.

  • After the 3rd cycle, PET-CT scans showed a decrease in tumor size and FDG uptake.
  • Post 6th cycle, PET-CT scans were done and it revealed no evidence of disease, and the patient is now cancer-free.

Bone Cancer

  • After 6 cycles: Significant reduction of cancer at most of the metastatic cancer sites.
  • Almost all lesions have become non-FDG avid (except the mediastinal mass showing very minimal FDG uptake).
  • There is an increase in the size of the lesions (pseudoprogression) in some areas, which is due to the classical dendritic immunotherapy response.

Multiple Myeloma Cancer

  • Type of Cancer: Multiple Myeloma
  • Consultation Period: July 2023
  • Condition when came for consultation: Complaints of recurrent fever, extreme tiredness, fatigue, asthenia (lack of energy), decreased appetite, body pains, etc.
  • Patient’s bone marrow report in July 2023.
  • PLASMA CELL COUNT: 66% (INCREASED IN BONE MARROW).
  • HIS BETA 2 MICRO GLOBULIN WAS 4711.0 NG/ML (high).
  • After 4 cycles of dendritic immunotherapy, when follow-up tests were done, BETA-2 MICROGLOBUTIN LEVELS DECREASED 3690 NG/ML.
  • Plasma Cell count in bone marrow: Decreased to 30%
  • Reports started showing a good response to treatment.
  • Clinical symptoms also started improving.
  • Another 2 cycles were given, & when beta-2 microglobulin was done in January 2024, ITS LEVELS DECREASED TO 3020 NG/1.
  • All his clinical symptoms improved.
  • Currently, the patient is doing good and has planned for booster cycles of dendritic cancer immunotherapy to maintain the treatment response.
